About High Protein Snacks
A database-driven comparison site for high-protein snacks, built so you can filter on the numbers instead of the front-of-pack claims.
What this site does
We record the published nutrition panel for each snack and calculate two comparable metrics automatically: protein per 100 calories and protein per 100g. Those let you rank very different products — a yogurt, a bar, a meat snack — on the same scale.
Where the data comes from
Nutrition values are taken from the manufacturer's published information for the serving stated on the page, with the date we last checked shown on each product. Products that have not yet been verified are clearly marked as placeholder entries while the database is being built out.
What we don't do
We don't invent nutrition values, publish testimonials we haven't received, or make medical or dietary claims. Packaging is always the definitive source for nutrition, ingredients and allergens.
How we make money
Some retailer links are affiliate links, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships never change how a product is ranked or described.
